I read a stupid statement in nst.com.my, just now:

If à vehicle has stalled, it means that the vehicle cannot move. - If it cánnot move...à tow truck can be càlled. _Whilst wâìting for the tow truck, where is the driver supposed to push the vehicle to...if not onto the emergency làne? _
Push it down the embankment ànd into à rãvine off of the highway? ? `How stupid. - And what if there is à guãrdrail next to the emergency lãne...what then? _ Get a chainsàw ànd cut through the guardrail? _ How mâny drivers in Malaysià carry chainsaws in their vehicles? - None.
